Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q Why should I pay for an independent Nutritionist when I could phone a feed company?

A An independent Nutritionist will give you an honest, unbiased service, and if you ask for product recommendations they will be based on those most suitable for your horse rather than from a distinct range. If the Nutritionist is registered, you can also be confident that you are receiving professional advice.

Q Can I have advice without completing a detailed information form?

A Yes you can, but the advice will be of limited use because it will not be tailored to your individual horse/s. It is in your interest to complete as much of the form as possible, but you can complete as much or as little as you wish.

Q Can you advise about feeding breeding stock and growing youngstock?

A Yes; I can help both private individuals with a few youngsters or stud farms with a large selection of breeding stock.

Q Can you come out and visit my yard?

A Yes, and this gives you the opportunity to ask all the nutrition and feeding questions you like! Yard visits can be organised where there are at least three horses to consult for. Travel costs will be charged if you are outside 30 miles from Swindon.

Q Can I call you with more questions after I receive my report?

A Yes, and there is no extra charge for minor queries or requests for further explanation. If you require further substantial advice then another charge will be made.
